St. Louis born and raised! I played two years of collegiate soccer at CMU, then transferred to Lindenwood to finish my Athletic Training degree. I spent 6.5 years working in the field at Francis Howell HS. During that time, I completed my Master’s of Science in Sport and Rehabilitation from Logan University. In February of 2024, I moved to Huntsville Alabama to work with the Huntsville City Football Club during their second season in the MLS Next Pro League. Along the way I have gotten a few certifications including B-Strong BFR Practitioner, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Level 1 & 2 Dry Needling Certified, KT Tape Certified. In October 2024, I moved back to STL to be close to family and friends.
